This is a wonderful and tragic story of the terrible, horrible things people do to each other ... and yet... it is a glorious love story.

This is more than a typical musical, a movie within a movie. I'm surprised how timely it feels even though the Broadway production was more than 40 years ago. The movie was just a nice change from Dinosaurs, Superhero reboots and the October horror redos.

I discovered K-Dramas when I moved back to care for my parents as they entered Hospice and passed away. Anyone who thinks that reading Closed Captioning is annoying doesn't understand the mental escape it is to have your brain fully engaged in fantasy. "Doom at Your Service" is so well written and just when you think you figured how it will end... poof... it was a reset of the story line. I am soo glad that Netflix has added K-Dramas to their service!
