I adore Jennifer Aniston. I think she is a charming, beautiful creature, which was why I decided to watch the movie even though I did not find the male lead interesting, attractive, or actually even likable. I thought it had sweet moments but overall it felt pretty low budget. The timing was off on some of the conversations and we never did learn why he took the stairs. While there were some good actors overall the story was weak and implausible. I did appreciate that there was nothing woke about it. Nice not to have the politically correct dogma of the 2020s jammed down our throats. Just a love story with no sex and Lots of fun scenes of the Seattle landscape. The cockatiel/parrot Definitely carried the most charming scene but yes, incredibly ludicrous to think that that was a good idea to let him free. Glad he found his way home. Honestly Would not watch again or recommend.
