There were aspects of this story I liked, the character and storyline of the journalist and the law enforcement officer (can't remember what agency), but overall it was sick and twisted. Commander Reese decides to murder, torture those conmected to the deaths of his family, seal team and doesn't care about collateral damage to innocent people. Many are killed and the child of one of his victims is made to watch his father being coerced to kill himself and others with a bomb strapped to him... to spare his son's life. How is it we make the "hero" of the movie someone cruel, violent and selfish. He chooses immediate revenge over treating the brain tumor that's killing him. So ultimately kills himself also. No regard for those family, friends he is traumatizing for life. And his friends go along with it all? In the end he kills one of his best friends. Pretty sick message. The flashbacks of his family were beautiful, but the overall message is the way he honors them is by being a mass murderer and essentially committing suicide. What possessed Chris Pratt to put this out in the world? 😨
