Just go along for the ride. Ignore the phobic whining of so called purists. Its an origin story the original auther didn't write. What caused the cojoining? Greed, power hungry mages, nature. Give a review based on the story, not some fear stoked phobia, or self absorbed purism. Its a nice ride, interesting characters, couple nice plot twists. 3 episodes so far, we enjoy it.
