Honestly this movie was really good, definitely one of my favorites. I don’t think this movie is really for adults, thats why it has such a bad rating. The plots is somewhat childish but with the cussing and graphics, I think its safe to say this movie is more for teenagers, that’s probably why i enjoyed it much more than the adults in this review section. It has a really cute love story between two of the kids in the group! All the kids have their own stories and past trauma. One thing I will say is even though its far from boring, it is like any other alien invasion movie and its very predictable. Theres an alien invasion and that main characters have to do what they can to save the world, sound familiar? But if your into these type of movies and shows this will definitely interest you!

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS SHOW. It is so wrong that they think they can talk about problems that people of color suffer through, DAILY, with a character WHO IS NOT EVEN VISIBLY BLACK! The girl who plays Sydney, DOES NOT EVEN LOOK BLACK AND I HAVE NO CLUE IF SHE ACTUALLY IS! The girl who plays young Alicia is absolutely STUNNING. They should have chosen someone that looks like her to play Sydney. And in that one episode when the WHITE LADY that plays Sydney’s grandma states that she’s “going to a cookout with her black friend maya, with old-school RnB and doing the shuffle” I can’t even begin to say how racist that is. The way they imitate black culture in this show, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. This show violently irritates me.
