I special ordered this book at my local bookstore and it finally arrived, just last week. I am 3 chapters in and love it. The observations on Irish history and injustice leave the reader with much to consider. Furthermore, the observations are tragically relevant in this age of political polarization and war in numerous countries worldwide. Dr. Cassidy's review encouraging us to consider how far we have come, and to learn from the mistakes of our past can be applied far beyond Ireland.
