The writers should have trusted their material and not bogged down to the useless public outrage.
I feel sad for this show
It seems They are eager to wrap up the entire Arthdal myth in one season as the show moves from one plot point to another without the supporting character development. How Eunseom manages to become a competent leader for Ago's, how Saya manages to become the FBI chief of Arth - not developed, how Saya gains his fathers faith and mothers distrust - no. How does Tanya accumulate power - no. Nothing.
As a result every character seems misplaced and at times stupid. One of the strongest reveal of the show - Eunseom accepting his destiny as Aramun Haesulla is done in half an episode. As a result, it carries no weight.
Overall, the show has plot holes the size of canyons, character development which is non existant and just not as stimulating as Arthdal 1.
I loved season one and could not understand why were people hating on it. There is no plagarism in Season 1 - mythical trees, people of the forests, red clothes of the Queen they are common to too many myths. ///season 1 was well paced with a lot more focus on the politics of Arth. Which made the show interesting. You could not underestimate a single characters intelligence in Arthdal 1.
