Not sure how real this show is!
They don’t use any equipment except cameras and “torches” and in EVERY episode they have objects thrown at them. And like other people have commented, there’s too many people in their group.
I do enjoy the tours and history of the buildings they “investigate”.
Just don’t know how much to believe.
