This book is not very professional in it's layout - it's like a giant run-on sentence - multiple recipes on a page, some recipe titles at the bottom of a page, with the recipe itself on the next page. A little formatting would help this book tremendously. It has lots of typos and awkward English sentences, such as "Thick the sauce inside the pot". It starts with a dissertation on type-2 diabetes, and continues with a good description of the functionality of an instant pot. I tried several of the recipes, and they are good, sometimes surprising. I don't know where this book is from, culture-wise. - for example, only americans call a rutabaga such. It is referenced as 'swede' in this book. There's several curry recipes... so... European? but.....I could not find recipes for items referenced in other recipes: example : Cod in White Sauce - one of the ingredients is " 2 cups White Sauce". What is that? Bechamel? Theres a recipe for fabada ( a Spanish dish, i think) which calls for black pudding and "1tbsp spicy seasoning". obscure and vague ingredient list? yep! So, in my opinion, this cookbook is poorly presented, but useful, with some good recipes. Recipes i've tried and loved are "Chicken Coconut curry" and "Low carb pumpkin pie pudding". I am not disappointed in the purchase, but i am not in love with the product.
