Came across this book a decade ago when one of my professors included it as a part of a course on crime fiction. Witty, free flowing, and suspenseful - this one's a delightful read. Also a bit of a doozy - but if you're someone like me who enjoys Carroll's works, you'd love this one. Although life happened and I forgot the name of the book over the years, I remembered enough about the plot to come back to it again this year. Rereading it and it's just as delightful as it was the first time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasurable read.

Night of the Jabberwock

Sudhir Mishra's Afwaah does not sit on the fence despite dealing with a socio-politically charged topic. But the film's characters sway between extremes, morally piquant on either side of the scale. Fairly thrilling watch, although it could have done better with its editing and characters. Enjoyed the last show in the theatres although the film certainly deserves more days at the box office Highly recommend to anyone who prefers watching films that speak volumes about the current state of affairs in the country. There's a lesson everyone can learn.
