I just finished reading, The Nightingale, and WOW! Kristan Hannah is such an incredible author, I’m rendered speechless. Words can’t do justice to how much I loved this novel. I didn’t want it to end and will grieve the characters in the coming days. They will forever be a part of me. I haven’t been this moved by a book since I read Winter Garden also by Kristin Hannah.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I found The Girl From Guernica in a bargain bin at the grocery store. Marked $5 on sale for $2.50. How good could it be? I love historical fiction and I’ve never read a book by Karen Robards that I didn’t thoroughly enjoy so I bought it. I’m SO glad I did. I could not put it down. It flowed through the story at just the right pace and ended that way as well. I fell in love with the characters and I know I’m going to miss all of them so much in the coming days. There was nothing I didn’t love about this book!
