That are better than watching the walking dead or saw or Halloween movies that I do not care about anymore because I get nightmares flashbacks and nonstop crying 😭 it didn’t help me at all the MDR is therapy to make yourself feel comfortable but this is good way to put another hands on your shoulders and letting the other person say you are save now nothing can hurt you ever again trust yourself this MDR is miracle for others too. Like the MDR can save lives when someone is traumatized from watching something that you really didn’t need to see anything like that. Gore blood 🩸 or whatever makes you feel that way try to avoid it at all times. Because I do not do
Violence or sy fi blood or gore because I didn’t care I gave up on everything that deals with saw horror movies and snakes 🐍 sharks clowns too.
