I am giving this movie 3 stars solely because Joaquin Phoenix is so excellent in his role as the Joker. This movie had the potential to be so much better. Lady Gaga's role was unnecessary but also confusing. There were so many things that did not add up or make sense. I have alot of questions about things going on in the movie that were not answered. Hopefully there will mot be a third installment.
