From today's show Lisa Guerrero showed us a cultural problem which exists in almost every industry on the planet. Crooked and unscrupulous people taking advantage of their customers for another dollar. That was a "great" piece! But, Lisa, I wish you would do a similar piece on how auto mechanics screw over customers everyday, all day long. I have been a victim of this crime for years. Please help! Thank you!
