I actually enjoyed this film, and thought it was reminiscent of an M. Night Shaymalon style of film. It had me hooked until the big reveal at the end. And I found the final scene a perfect ending. Were there some heavy political undertones in this? Yes. This is why i dropped it to 3 stars. Race relations, socio-economic issues, America being seen as a global instigator/disruptor, and the right-wing conspiracy doomsday pepper. I guess that explains that the Obamas were producers...because we all know the racist, America hating people they are. BIG issue with this movie is the Tesla scene. If they're in some remote area, where is this Tesla "dealership"? And, Tesla has showrooms, not full scale dealerships. THEY DONT KEEP NEW CARS AT YHEIR SHOWROOMS! So no way that there would be hundreds of (coincidentally) white cars of the same model piling up on each other. This was a bit too far fetched!

I do not appreciate the RACIST comment made by the main character, when he said: "You sound like an old white lady." Yes, it's in there...word for word. And then the there's the part when the main character makes reference to how hard it is for him to get a cab when he's not wearing a hospital gown...which is just another way of putting a racial issue in the movie (referring to how black people think they can't get a cab in NYC because they're black). I GUARANTEE that if Disney-Pixar made a movie with a white character saying, "You sound like an old black lady" the likes of the New York Times, WaPo, BLM, NAACP, and every liberal Hollywood personality would be setting the Mouse House on fire. But...This is Disney and Pixar. Bob Iger and John Lasseter are possibly the two biggest white apologists in California, so what do they care? Why cant they just make a "family friendly " film? Why do they have to put subtle racial commentary in it? Unacceptable. Oh, and the movie was dreadfully slow and seemed to have been developed by an animator who was experiencing an acid trip. I fell asleep, and quite frankly I don't care to see the second half. Worst Pixar movie ever...and racist.

Why can't a medical drama just be a medical drama? This show has become more and more of a soapbox for the progressive left to shovel their agenda down our throats. I had hope for this show at the beginning, but with each passing week it seems to be written more and more with polarizing political issues. This year it has touched on Black Lives Matter, anti-police rhetoric, climate change, "systemic racism", just to name a few. The writers go hard core to the left view, and if they attempt to discuss a challenging view they do so in such an extreme way that it generalizes anti-progressivism as "evil". I am confounded as to why so much on television has to push progressivism in their programming. And it's not just with this show, it's in my kids' shows as well (from "Sesame Street" to anything on Nickelodeon). If you're looking for a medical drama to enjoy without politics and one-sided social views being shoved down your throat, this is not the show for you. You are better off watching reruns of "House". If you are of only 50% of this country that wants to defund the police, support the Marxist organization of BLM, and feel guilty and not "woke" enough because you're a straight white male...then this is 5-star programming for you.
