I would give this book 3-4 stars. It’s pretty good. I feel like you could tell the author was a little bit of a novice author in some spots but I like her writing style. This review has spoilers by the way! I would have liked the book better if there was some more romance and I wished that Aleksander and Violet spent the rest of their young lives together instead of only reuniting once they were old. I’m glad it had a happy ending though, but I wish that the book ended when Aleksander and Violet were still young and could live happily ever after together and could have had the chance to have kids. Because what’s the point of ending the Everly curse and then not having any children to live free of the Everly curse but with the Everly talent? In the end I kinda just wished it would have ended with a happy love story between Violet and Aleksander.
