To sum up this film in a word:
Lacklustre
The premise itself was interesting and the trailer gave me so much promise. The film started off slowly and was very dialogue heavy that seemed to do a lot of telling and not showing. Once the film started to develop into something interesting it fizzled out into a very boring and predictable plot. The trailer and reviews made this seem like it would be similar to M. Night Shyamalan's films but the 'twists' could be seen from a mile away and the 'horror' was about as effective as paper towel for stopping a flood.
On the bright side, this film was pretty to look at in terms of aesthetics and Grant was great as a villain role I just wanted more.
