I am 84. I had three children. I used Psychoprophylaxis in 1963, 1965 and 1968. First hospital birth. Second and third were at home. Home births were very good. No stitches or drugs. Worked well. Hospital birth being the first was more difficult due to staff and Doctors not understanding what I was doing. Still an amazing way to have babies without complications.
