Like many others, I am a huge fan of the first part, so I decided to watch the sequel on the first day, paying a premium price, but I was left deeply disappointed.
The main issue seems to be the decision to split the sequel into two parts, leading to unnecessary padding and an overly long climax with subpar VFX. It appears that the trio (producer, director, and main protagonist) prioritized profit over preserving the essence of the original Indian movie. Unfortunately, Indian 2 is a disappointing sequel to the original.
The music is also largely unremarkable, with the only memorable pieces being the background score from the original movie. Throughout the film, I found myself repeating #COMEBACKARR
Kamal's facial appearance lacks consistency, particularly during the climax scenes. This still can be forgiven given but the trio seriously messed up.
