The timing was impeccable! At 51 and empty -nester this was everything the title and subtitle anticipated for me. I connected to the theories and anecdotal examples so keenly. Long listen but I played and replayed several parts of the complex themes but the effect to practice a more simple approach in lifeโฆ to stir and be a genuine and whole authentic selfโฆ
