Sorry - this book did not really provide me much psychology or thought provoking thoughts then i originally thought. Neither did the other book about ideots.
This is just some middle aged mans journal, one about the people he has met and his self actualisation discovery. Which- many people have.
I feel like this is like how Supernatural bashes Metatrons and God's writing. It's self centerd to a degree. More subjective in my POV.
Some points are good foundations to base on, but those can be put on a blog on tumblr rather than book. And a system he imposed is very similar to the idea of MBTI anyways-
I managed to fit in all 4 categories which made me feel like this was a waste of time whilst MBTI and ennegrams actually have more of an in-depth characterisation, excluding the sterotypicallness of it.
If you want to learn psychology or more about people, life experience, therapy and online information can achieve a better result unfortunately.
