This is genuinely bad. Acting is terrible, everything is rushed, and there's only like 3 decent fighting scenes.. Like it's not even a good mindless action movie, it's just, bad bad.

Anytime a series relies on "retrograde amnesia" is probably going to be super obnoxious/cliche, and this is that. I'm only like 10 minutes in, but my eyes have already rolled to the back of my head 7times. The Action sequences seem decent enough though.
