No character customisation as far as your characters physical appearance which is a fundamental of every good RPG, (like Elder scrolls games) if you don't like how your characters look, then it's not as enjoyable a gaming experience and quite frankly, they look too generic and bland to not be able to improve the appearance of. This is a "deal breaker"
