Incredibly thoroughly enjoyable movie - Cena and Elba are superb in their roles, Cena continues to impress me with strong acting chops and unironically the film’s dialogue is quite well written! Easily one of the best action romps of the last several years!

Excellent directorial debut by Kendrick. The pacing, staging, directorial vision was well beyond what I expected, demonstrating that her talent certainly extends beyond acting and singing. Gripping film, with a great deal of storytelling in between spoken lines. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic film - romcom, but great action and absolutely genius casting. Anna Kendrick and Sam Rockwell give brilliant performances in everything they do, and putting them together is an 11/10. Funny, sharp, convincing action - there isn’t a minute of this movie that isn’t great. I can’t count the number of times I rewound great scenes just to watch them again!

Very fun action movie! Fantastic cast (and great acting as a result), decent action scenes (choreography is a bit slow, but it didn’t ruin anything for me), and coherent storyline. This is by no means a masterpiece. Kind of a gender-swapped John Wick story, but not in a cringe way. Would definitely recommend for a Sunday arvo

This was a really fun sci fi action movie! I really can’t understand the bad reviews… JLo is great in it, the CGI is top notch and the action/pacing is lots of fun. Ignore the haters - this was a great movie

Loved it!!! I grew up as a kid of the 90s loving Ghostbusters, and this is a thoroughly entertaining instalment in the series. Is it high art? No. But is it. Great fun movie that I would pay to see again, and would like to see more from this universe? Very much so, yes!

This was a fantastic adaptation of a great book, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. The production quality, the acting, the writing - all excellent after season 1! Let’s hope D&D don’t pull a GoT and screw this up! I gotta say: this show is the reason I re-subscribed to Netflix, and I’m glad I did!

I really enjoyed it! It was a good romp, it respected the character quite well, and it had a good balance of pathos mixed with nostalgia and heartwarming closure. Much better than Kingdom, not as good as the 1 & 3. I’d probably put it on par with #2, maybe slightly below or above depending on the day 😝

Another 11/10 season! Amazing story telling and diversity of animation. Keep ‘em coming!!
