This novel is pure fiction & I hope it is categorised as such. Manipulation of the figures, as he would people's minds. This scheme is derived from financial gain, not passion for air quality. Obviously death is immotive, so he's using this as emotional blackmail to promote his claims. But given there has only been one recorded death & even that wasn't conclusive, he has no weight to his argument.
