From the get-go, this is a somewhat cheesy unrealistic love story between teenagers, whose parents marry each other, so their relationship is forbidden. It gets more predictable from there, and the writing is simplistic and dialogue is amateurish and acting, other than the two leads, is not good. Having said that, the teenage couple does have blazing chemistry, and when the two get together, it’s a full on five alarm fire. The love scenes between them reminded me of old-fashioned R rated romance novels, unrealistic, especially for the age group, but the passion looks pretty real.
If you have an hour and a half to waste, and enjoy looking at pretty teenagers make out like they know what they’re doing, it will suck you in.
But don’t expect Shakespeare.
