I was really looking forward to this movie and was very disappointed. So many of the 1 star reviews share the same thoughts I had.
- Very little character development.
- Scenes switching between time periods was disjointed.
- Music was annoying and too loud.
Just a very long boring 3 hours. I don’t recommend.

I’m surprised at the poor reviews because I thought the movie was very good. The story is interesting and the actors all do a great job.

I think this is written for middle or high school level girls. It’s not bad it’s just boring, predictable and completely unbelievable.
