I had such high hopes for this movie. Getting to see Priscilla’s perspective was something I was so excited to actually know and understand. Turns out, there was no excitement for me to have. There was no suspense that entered my body throughout the film. And can we talk about the ending?! I really thought we would get to have an inside look of what she faced towards the end of Elvis’s death and how they kept fighting for each other. I do know this is based off of her book and I have yet to read it, but I feel as if there could have been much more from the film, as Elvis’s and Priscilla’s love was like no other. I do not regret purchasing my ticket to watch it as I am a huge fan, but I am very shocked that we took this route in how it flowed and ended in the film.
