I received an email stating my trip is at 12pm today. I took a 30$ Uber to downtown to the station and they tell me I missed the bus because the trip was at 7am. They told me I would have to wait 5 hours and pay 20$ extra for the next trip. I asked for a refund and they emailed me saying it's not refundable. This company is really bad and play with people's money. The least they can do is give half refund and full refund back.
