good movie. Offers insight into a culture that is often disparaged without having any actual experience with the folks usually only given the crudest comical depictions. Film, at it's heart, should broaden our understanding and love of humanity, not solely entertain. Junebug tells a human story and reveals a human heart. That is what great art is....

as an 80's kid that was in to music this movie owned me. I loved it. Machio is no Brando, but runaway Jamie Gertz was delicious. Then drop in Steve Vai as Satan's guitar gun.... uh yes.
