Interesting concept, terribly executed. The best leaders get sent home because it’s their fault their team failed, they ask a team member to step up and then when they do they get cut…. The challenges are terribly balanced. More importantly they encourage the cowboys to sacrifice their integrity and throw their team members under the bus. It’s so backwards
