It's a great book those who are studying for a post of managers I prefer just read it because it contains all the essential matters that a manager need ...it contains technical and administrative knowledge for a successful manager...after reading this I personally think Henry fayol is the first person who recognised the different qualities of a manager ๐๐ปโค๏ธ
