Michael Stambaugh

This movie was one of the worst films I've seen in a long time. Rotten Tomatoes reviews are either funded by the cast and crew of the movies it critiques, or the reviewers are complete idiots because this movie was terrible. The sound was horrible, with all the screeching violins, and the terrible sound adjustments, had my constantly using my volume buttons. As for the dialog, some of the most inaudible Old English I've ever heard people attempt speak; it was like watching of bunch of mentally challenged individuals learn English for the 1st time, horrible. As for the conclusion of the film, the long drawn out story that ultimately led up to a child poorly raised in hokey false Christian beliefs, only to succumb to her lack of faith and sell her soul to some devil goat...well, let's just say that watching for over an hour just to see the main character float at a witches seance, was the bitter sweet ending to a poorly written, borish film. 'The VVitch', a great tragedy, but only for the director and cast for actually putting their names to this trash truck of a movie.
