The gameplay of college football 25 is so refreshing after the glitchy animation nightmare they have been feeding us in madden. I didnt despise Madden 24. However Madden 25 is a major regression gameplay wise. If deciding between the two, this is a far superior game. Don't get me wrong, college football 25 is not perfect. For example the blocking is a little quick to get defeated. But compared to our other option, it's a runaway victory for CF25. I'm actually pretty disappointed I bought the MVP bundle with both games as Madden is basically unplayable now because it's such a downgrade of an experience. I gave up on Madden 25 after about three hours. It's a mess. They need to clean house. Save your money there, get CF25 where stick skills actually matter.

I'm so disappointed in myself for buying this game. I read the reviews but thought it couldn't be that bad. Gameplay in the past has had a few issues but isn't game ruining. This game is so slow and boring. The controls feel horrible. The shooting is horrible. The animations are like they are stuck in mud. Like not even the computer is making shots. In 3 full quarters with shot meter on neither my team nor the computer could make a single jump shot or 3 on all-star. That's horrible. I've played this game for over a decade. This one is trash. I am considering going back to last year's game instead.
