The game adds a lot of good features to the franchise, like ambushing and walls you can station troops on. though there's a lot more negatives than positives.. The aesthetic of the game is infantile at best, which is confusing given the often morbid themes that feature through the campaigns (mainly medieval battle). There is a constant running theme of political correctness throughout the games commentary and marketing which is also distasteful. The campaign is essentially base defense against infinite re spawning ai.. really not impressed. It's a game that looks like it was made in 2008 with all the toxic political nastiness of 2021. Shame.
