Got this game on a free to play week on my switch. fell in love with it instantly. Playing against A.I and winning every match with any hero was the best. But after I grew out of playing with A.I., and started playing quick play a lot more, I realized the game still had some glaring problems like being forced to wait over 10 minutes just to be matched into a game that had ended already. The reason I don't like to play competitive at all is because this game has one of the most toxic communities you'll ever see. Sexism, racism, and just a bunch of disgusting things happened in voice chat. The banning system is awful. It doesn't matter how bad that you are treated I a match. The system focuses more on mob mentality than actual reasoning. The game punishes you for leaving by deducting your exp gained, or banning you from competitive. You lose your endorsement level. The game doesn't have a way to tell if you left the game on purpose or there was a glitch where you literally got kicked for no reason when the blizzard servers went down occasionally. Overall I think this is a great game with new cosmetics and new events being added constantly, but it sure could be a whole lot better for 60 bucks.
