As far as war movies are concerned, this is rubbish. Special effects don't replicate actual tactics or characteristics of aircraft, armour, weapons, etc. The acting is hammed up and listening to English accents spoken by 'Russian soldiers' and 'German soldiers' is jarring. The only redeeming feature is that it does provide an insight into the horror that was Staligrad, even if it is 'Hollywood-esque'.
