I am gonna be honest for once....This movie isn't bad or terrible but it not the best I've seen. I've seen edits of it on youtube first and thought it had to be a really good movie since YT recommended it to me. The storyline was interesting enough for me to finish the movie. Although there were a few scenes where I got bored and felt like skipping them (which I didn't somewhat). The beginning was quite harsh, the way Shouko was bullied and treated by everyone in her class. (**SPOILER ALERT**) They never kissed in the movie which I was hoping for because I found them cute and I think Shoya actually fell in love with her but could't tell her that. Also bc of the fact that he saved her from falling from the balcony. Overall this movie is a good lesson for kids and teenagers since it shows real life situations and the consequences of them and make you think before we act towards someone (whether it a good or bad thing).

This movie has been incredible! It like a different version of "Your Name" (both are great). I seriously was worried it wouldn't be interesting to watch because the title sounded a bit sad to me at first but once the movie started It GOT ME HOOKED. When I get the chance I'll definitly watch it again. Definitly recommend watching this movie, you won't be deceived.

Ok, so I am giving it 4 stars because I loved the movie and the characters. Why I didn't give it 5 is because in my opinion Wolf Children was so much more emotional and just a bit better than Mirai. Don't get me wrong, I love Mirai but it didn't give me the goose bumps like Wolf Children. I know people might see a lot of comments like this one and let me tell you this. Don't listen to what others say. If you think you'll like the movie, go on ahead and watch it! If you think it will be too boring for you then just don't. I am saying this because my step dad looks at reviews and if the movie has less than 3 (or 4) stars then he won't watch it. But the thing is that EVERYONE has their own opinion and just bc 3 or 5 people say it a bad movie doesn't mean you should not watch it.That's JUST THEIR opinion.

I absolutely loved the movie. I feel that the movie at first might be confusing but I watched it twice and I understand it perfectly. I am planning on reading the books because they didn't do city of ashes and it not gonna happen apparently (which is a bummer). I am not sure how good the series is but I saw the casting and I just don't see the same connection as the casting from the movie (especially Clary and Jace). Definitely recommend watching this movie. It amazing.
