I loved this show right till the end. I hadn’t read the book or watched the original 2011 film so I’m unsure if those all ended the same way - BUT right until the second last episode I enjoyed it. It was slow and I didn’t love the gaps/missing parts of the storyline that we’d “find out” about in an almost “no big deal” kind of fashion. I made it until the last episode, and didn’t watch that one because it was too “familiar” in the “Dex of the past” theme. I get why - but I hate that it ended the way it did - so I didn’t bother past 5 minutes into the last episode :(
