Spoilers.
It's an interesting concept and it is moving emotionally. The medical drama part of it reminds me of House, which I loved. The actors are pretty decent but some of the storyline is unrealistic. Another reviewer mentioned how Amy keeps her hair after surgery and how they allow her to continue working so soon after a major incident to the brain.... because of a possible protected leave violation? In what world is that likely? I would think that would be the least of their worries. Then on the personal side, Amy just seems so OK with losing 8 years, a child, a marriage and a career. I'm not sure I could be so quickly well adjusted. It's like Amy just thinks, "oh I've lost 8 years, so what's up guys? What'd I miss? Oh I was mean? My bad. Sorry!" A real person would not be physically or mentally capable of returning to normal within a couple of years, let alone a couple of weeks. Perhaps a "two years later" time lapse inserted into the first episode would have been a little more digestible.
The love story with the young doctor is sweet and well acted. But its timeline is unrealistic. After such a traumatic experience of losing your career, your marriage and child, you'd be emotionally ready to jump back in full force to a relationship just after just a couple of days of learning that you are actually dating a guy but forgot. Don't forget, she woke up thinking she was still married just a week or so before.
Still, I enjoy it and will continue to watch for now.
