The first couple of episodes were good, and the show had potential. Then things became too unbelievable, and not because of the supernatural elements.
Gary's behavior didn't make sense. He's a helicopter father and a widower. He sees what Mary is first-hand, BEFORE he's had time to fall in love with her. He's understandably freaked out. So why is he suddenly okay with his daughter being around this person? He got way too casual about it all.
Then camping during a full moon?! Really?! And after the big ordeal, everyone is in the car smiling and happy. Nonsensical.
The daughter Emma should have turned also. Then Gary would have no choice but to seek Mary's advice. After all, Emma had a toy wolf that she cherished. I thought maybe that's what she meant when she told her therapist "I don't want it to happen again." I mean, the show is called "Wolf Like Me." It's right there in the title!
If that does happen in Season 2, then they shouldn't have waited to reveal it.
