Renfield is funny, with a lot more subtle humor easily missed.
Nicolas Cage didn't disappoint, enfusing his portrait of Dracula with his trademark over the top characterization.
It is typical of Dracula fair in that it's bloody, and nothing really unusual or new in the story line.
This particular incarnation is exceptionally gory, with the body count and parts stacking up like so much cord wood.
If you can get past that, the acting is good, and it's a fun watch.
