Use to be a excellent game, until the last year or so game play was smooth, no hitches and no glitches. But now items that you purchase in game disappear, items that you have collected over years disappear. You now spend your time sending emails to customer service to try and retrieve what you have lost. Plus I wasn't fond of the woke gay themes they have introduced, even feminine costumes for male players. I would not recommend this game for young children
