Sam and cat should be at age 13 because Sam shows violence in the series. Especially in the episodes ' The Poober Problem ' and ' Sparring Sam ' which shows punching and kicking, which are signs of violence. But most importantly me and my brother love this show but there are scenes that are not for kids that are 7 and below.
