Playing this for the first time and I enjoy it better than the new ones. To be fair, I'm not sure they could make this game now without serious backlash, but the over-the-top violence really makes you feel like a God of War. The characters such as Haphaestus and Hera are very well done. I wish there were more linear experiences of this quality. Not ever game needs to be an open world/semi-open world game to give a 5 star experience
