Well, I've just finished what I believe is my first book ever, which is a bit sad but also a big personal accomplishment.
I bought this book just two days ago after lots of questioning about my purpose in life. This book has answered many of those questions.
I would strongly suggest anyone who wants to find their Ikigai (your reason to jump out of bed each morning) to give this a read (or at least a google).
While I still haven't found my Ikigai, my nerves have been calmed, and I have learnt how to enjoy what I have instead of what I don't have.
What did I take away from this? 🤷🤷
✴️ Ground yourself in the present.
✴️ Always move your body, never grow stale.
✴️ Smile and say hello to friends and strangers.
✴️ Enjoy your time with loved ones.
✴️ Be grateful.
✴️ Don't eat too much (yep).
✴️ Follow your Ikigai.
