Hey, as far as quintessential "American Popcorn Disaster Movies" go, this one is an absolute winner, up there with "Independence Day" and "2012." Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is the 21st-century answer to both Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Great ensemble cast and it was nice to see an Englishman portrayed as courageous and ethical as opposed to the negative stereotypes in film over the past 45 years. Family-friendly, albeit, rather harrowing so be careful letting children under 12 watch lest they have nightmares.
