It was a overlong but gave Daniel Craig a memorable send off. Great action sequences and musical references to OHMSS were touching. I’ll probably watch it again just to see Hugh Dennis get plugged hehe

Roland has really cooked up a 1970s style disaster kitsch fest with this turkey. Lame dialogue and a plot with more craters than the moon. The only redeeming feature was the underrated Patrick Wilson who seemed to be the only actor to give his role a bit of character. John Bradley was a good comic foil but that’s about it. The others seemed to be on a grab the dosh and run gig.
On the whole most of the budget seems to be have spent on the CGI but even these were not the same standard as the usual Emmerich fare.
Do something original for the future.
