I am on season 5 just finished episode nine now getting into episode 10. This is the episode where you went to the prison for the men and women. These are the episodes where you are constantly saying you believe in second chances and people deserve to live their lives, and some of them were teenagers when they got their sentence, and how can you see how people Have changed. I have had something traumatic, majorly traumatic to where it caused the police officers and detectives to cry, and feel so much sympathy for everything that me and my children were going through. No I never wished hate, or any harm on the person who hurt my children.. I think God every night that my two kids were able to get through the trauma that had happened to them. Do I believe this person deserves a second chance . NO…. I do not…. I would never trust him out in the world with other kids.. but the way that you talk is if he got his shit together in prison, then he’s OK to be in society has anything major ever happened to you? Have you ever lost someone or had something taken away from someone that you cared about and loved the wonder of in prison I highly doubt that so till then please stop talking about second chances.. and yes, I do understand. Some people have been charged with things that they should have never been charged with.. I understand some people are in there because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time and our system sucks, so yes, help those people out. But the way that you went to that prison in the way that you came out of there talking you and your sisters that people deserve second chances and people can change. I’m sorry I don’t agree with that and you are very wrong for saying that.. they may have learned their lessons with someone who is sick in the head, and did not get the correct treatment or therapy or whatever it may be if they hurt a child, especially I don’t care how long they’ve been in prison I promise you when they come out it’s only a matter of time before they heard another one. Do you want that on your hands?
