I am not sure if words can do justice to a show like this. One can only begin to appreciate the mind of the writer who came up with the storyline in the first place. While many people compared this with the original Taiwanese counterpart, this is a story is beautifully portrayed and enacted with the actors. Ahn Hyo Seop and especially, Jeon Yep Been are phenomenal actors to be able to multiple characters in the same scene. The ability to personify awkwardness of Kwon Minju and the charm of Han Jun Hee shown within the same person cannot be copied or taught. Not to mention the beautiful sound tracks which resonated with the storyline so well. I am really in awe, and I think it is probably going to take me a little while to get over this. Hopefully people can watch this show and enjoy it (without comparing with anything else). That would a justice for the drama like this.

This is probably the first historical and infact the longest kdrama that I watched and didn't complain at all. A beautiful adaptation of the original story and a story that celebrate honor, bravery and brotherhood. I mainly started watching the series being a big fan of JCW, but I couldn't help admire and appreciate the soulful acting of Yoo Seung Ho. He was what only 18 , when he starred this show but I am amazed at his acting prowess. Personifying the misery and helpless that Yeo Un felt al through is life. The storyline is also very captivating - especially the relationship between Dong Soo and Yeo Un which was nothing but a reflection of Gwang Teak and Cheun.

Such a feel good light hearted series to get away from reality to a world of sweet and beautiful love. Isn't that why you watch kdramas anyway. Of course one mustn't try to find logic in story line like this and just go with it. Every character was portrayed beautifully and the actors are really good - specially the lead ones. So happy to have watched this!

Very refreshing show with a different take on love and being able to face yourself. Many people complain about story being predictable, but then all kdrama love stories have predictable storyline and what the viewers want is a beautiful narrative that tugs on the heart which this very well delivered.

Had a great time watching JCW in a very different role. A truly magical experience. Beautiful cinematography, artistic storytelling and soulful music. The show is more about the journey, of course the storyline is predictable, but the beauty lies in the fact of being able to narrate it in a way that you can relate to. And so much more than a girl meets boy kdrama. I have no idea why people don't like it. You must watch it. And not to mention JCW owning every scene he is in! He looks gorgeous 😍
